Mike Williams, Consultant on Government Debt & Cash Management, is an independent consultant offering advice and consultancy to governments and related agencies on Government Debt Management and Government Cash Management, including Strategy and Domestic Market Development, Institutional Capacity Building, Risk Management and Governance.

Michele Robinson is a public debt management consultant with over 25 years experience at the national and international level.  She has worked as an independent public debt management consultant since 2003 extensive experience working in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific. Michele specialises in institutional assessments, technical documentation, public debt statistics, debt management training, Commonwealth Secretariat Debt Recording and Management System (CS-DRMS) and E-Learning.

Steve Ujvarosy is the President of Telchar Systems, a Chicago based consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning and implementation in local and international telecommunications, network systems design and infrastructure development in the financial trading industry. Consulting assignments have included technology reviews and evaluations, network planning, software specification and telecommunications planning for Securities Commissions, Stock Exchanges, Clearing & Settlement, Depositories, and Debt Management Agencies.

Peter Katz is an independent consultant and draws his knowledge and experience from 30 years with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand working in Financial Market Operations monetary, developing and managing settlement, clearing, and payment systems, and developing DRP/BCP plans and sites. He has undertaken 28 short term consulting assignments in developing countries providing advice on: monetary and debt management operations, development of the primary and secondary debt markets, settlement and payments systems. Such advice is typically supported with onsite staff training and project development plans.
