Sovereign Debt, Cash and Risk Management

We primarily undertake technical assistance projects for most of the international financial institutions covering Ministries of Finance, Debt and Treasury operations worldwide. We also team up with or sub-contract recognised experts who have practical experience from working in a government debt management office (DMO) and/or through providing technical assistance in government debt, cash and risk management. Treasury and Debt/Risk Management Systems

We have developed a comprehensive database of treasury, debt and risk management systems available in the international marketplace. This database and built up knowledge is supported by a well-established methodology for developing a systems strategy, user requirements, system project structure, tender process and documentation, solution identification and selection, and implementation project management. Training

We provide training in debt, cash and risk management either in-country or in Wellington, New Zealand. We also contribute to and participate in international training courses as well as forums, workshops and synposiums and other training vehicles. More details are provided in the Training section.
